Further to the ESPI current report No. 6/2021 dated 12 February 2021, the Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”) announces that on 21 March 2022, an agreement was concluded between the Issuer and Forestlight Games sp. z o. o. to terminate the cooperation agreement for the development of the game port of My SPA Resort for Nintendo Switch (the “Agreement”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties declared that no settlements, including in particular financial settlements, exist between the parties in connection with the performance of the agreement and its termination.
