The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces the publication schedule for the Company’s periodic reports in 2019:
- report for the 2018 financial year – 20 March 2019
- report for the first quarter of 2019 – 14 May 2019
- report for Q2 2019 – 12 August 2019
- report for the third quarter of 2019 – 13 November 2019
At the same time, the Company announces that, pursuant to §6.10a of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”, it will not publish a periodic report for Q4 2018.
