The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “the Company” informs that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 24 June 2019, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

Michał Sroczyński held 259,915 shares in the Company, which entitled to 259,915 votes, representing 33.72% of the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 20.44% of the total number of votes in the Company;

Marcin Kwaśnica held 509,626 shares in the Company, which entitled to 509,626 votes, representing 66.11% of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 40.09% of the total number of votes in the Company.
