The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. _”the Company”_ informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 22 December 2021, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 552,476 shares in the Company, which entitled to 552,476 votes, which constituted 60.99% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 40.64% of the total number of votes in the Company.

2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares in the Company, which entitled to 280,065 votes, which constituted 30.92% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.

3. Movie Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, held 68,100 shares of the Company, which entitled to 68,100 votes, which constituted 7.52% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 5.01% of the total number of votes in the Company.
