The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “Company” informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 27 September 2021, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 446,126 shares in the Company, which entitled to 446,126 votes, which constituted 49.98% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 32.82% of the total number of votes in the Company.

2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares in the Company, which entitled to 280,065 votes, which constituted 31.38% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.

3 Rockbridge FIZ Long – Short, Rockbridge FIZ Alpha Hedge, Rockbridge FIO Parasol Rockbridge Subf. Gaming and Innovation, Rockbridge FIO Parasol Rockbridge Subf. Shares MISŚ, represented by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, held 161,376 shares in the Company, which entitled to 161,376 votes, constituting 18.08% of the number of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponding to 11.87% of the total number of votes in the Company.
