The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 14/2020 of 7 October 2020 regarding the settlement with Kuu Hubb Oy (the “Settlement”, “Kuu Hubb”), announces that the payment of EUR 550,000 resulting from the Settlement had not been credited to the Company’s bank account by 1 June 2021.

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, in order to settle all claims and receivables under the My Hospital game rights sale agreement (ESPI Current Report No. 4/2018 of 2 May 2018), Kuu Hubb was obliged to pay the amount of EUR 550,000 to the Company’s bank account by 31 May 2021.

At the same time, the Company announces that yesterday evening, on the basis of the Settlement Agreement, the Issuer sent a demand to Kuu Hubb for repayment of the aforementioned amount. If the demand is not fulfilled within 30 days from the date of its submission, under the Settlement Agreement KuuHubb is additionally obliged to pay the Company a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 300,000.
