The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 11 August 2020, it received a partnership agreement signed on 10 August 2020 between the Company and Beijing-based YODO1 Ltd (“YODO1”) (the “Agreement”).

Pursuant to the Agreement, YODO1 undertook to provide the Company with tools to be implemented in the games released by the Company, including “My SPA Resort”, which will enable the Company to distribute the Company’s games in the Chinese market through the AppStore, Google Play Store and other platforms by adapting them to the regulations applicable in the territory of China. By virtue of the Agreement, YODO1 undertook to provide the Company with tools to be implemented in the games released by the Company, including but not limited to the game “My SPA Resort”, which will enable the Company to distribute the Company’s games in the Chinese market through the AppStore, Google Play Store and other platforms by adapting them to the regulations applicable in the territory of China, to grant the Company a global, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for the said tools, and to provide the Company with services consisting in monetisation management for the games released by the Company, which will be distributed on the AppStore platform, Google Play Store and other platforms in the Chinese market.

The Company, on the other hand, agreed not to take any action that may result in the disclosure of the tools used by YODO1 and to pay a fee for the services provided by YODO1. The parties have agreed that revenues will be accounted for through YODO1’s affiliates. YODO1 will be required to account for revenue on a Revenue Share basis. The agreement is for two years, with the option to automatically extend for further periods of one year. YODO1 is a global mobile game publishing company in China and internationally. Yodoa1 supports game developers through proprietary systems for monetising mobile games.
