The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 8 July 2020 it received a mutually signed annex (“Annex”) to the overdraft agreement dated 17 May 2018 concluded with Bank Millennium S.A. (“Bank”) (“Agreement”).The purpose of the loan is to finance the Company’s current operations. Pursuant to the Annex, the following changes were made: the term of the loan, i.e. it was extended until 30 December 2020, the amount of the credit, i.e. it was reduced to PLN 1,750,000.00 until 11 December 2020 and to PLN 1,250,000.00 until 30 December 2020, as well as the margin and commissions related to the granting of the credit. Pursuant to the executed Annex, the condition for the disbursement of the credit is the establishment by the Company of security for the repayment of the credit in the form of a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration issued by the Company and guaranteed by Mr Marcin Kwaśnica, a de minimis guarantee granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and supplementary security for the repayment of the credit and credit costs, by granting the Bank a power of attorney to collect and repay from other bank accounts, both present and future, held with the Bank in favour of the Company, the amount of the unpaid, in whole or in part, matured debt on account of the credit, due interest, fees and commissions and other costs incurred in connection with the credit granted. The other material terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
