The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 22 June 2020 it received a mutually signed annex (the “Annex”) to the overdraft agreement dated 17 May 2018 concluded with Bank Millennium S.A. (the “Agreement”). The purpose of the loan is to finance the Company’s day-to-day operations. Pursuant to the Annex, the term of the credit facility was changed, i.e. extended until 11 July 2020. The other material terms of the Agreement remained unchanged.
