The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 16 April 2020, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Company and Skillz Inc. based in San Francisco (“Skillz”) (the “Agreement”).Under the Agreement, the Company has agreed to develop special versions of games for the Skillz platform. The Company will develop the games Touchdown Hero and Solitaire: Wildlife Adventures.The parties agreed on typical revenue sharing principles (Revenue Share). Subject to the Company’s games achieving a number of the metrics described in the Agreement, Skillz has agreed to spend up to USD 5,000,000 on marketing and advertising for each game.The Agreement is for one year, with the possibility of automatic renewal for further periods covering one year.Skillz is the operator of an international platform on which it provides eSports and multiplayer games.
