The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”), acting pursuant to Article 399 § 1 and Articles 402(1) and 402(2) of the Code of Commercial Companies and § 22(2) and (3) of the Company’s Articles of Association, convenes an Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held at Spaces Marszałkowska, 126/134 Marszałkowska Street (1st floor), 00-008 Warsaw, on 14 April 2023 at 13:00.
Enclosed the Company provides the full text of the notice convening the Annual General Meeting together with draft resolutions.
