The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 9 October 2023, it entered into an agreement with Google LLC to make selected games from the Company’s portfolio available in the Google Play Pass programme. Under the agreement, the rights to the games will remain with the Company. The agreement enters into force on the date of conclusion.

As agreed between the parties, the first game the Company will make available in the Google Play Pass programme will be My Spa Resort. In return for making its game available as part of the subscription, the Company will receive a monthly fee. The release date for the aforementioned game in the Google Play Pass programme has not yet been set.

Either party may terminate the contract at any time by giving at least 120 days’ written notice. The termination will be effective at the end of the calendar month. In addition, Google LLC may immediately suspend or terminate the agreement at any time if, among other things, the Company breaches any provision of the agreement.
