Regarding to the ESPI current report No. 12/2022 of 1 July 2022 on the conclusion of a publishing agreement and ESPI current report No. 3/2023 of 8 May 2023 on the conclusion of a publishing agreement, the Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (hereinafter: “Issuer”, “Company”) informs that on 16 April 2024, the publishing agreements with the Electronic Gaming Incubator Company, operating as Nine66, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (hereinafter: “Nine66”), referred to in the aforementioned reports (hereinafter: “Agreements”), were terminated.

The reason for the termination of the Agreements is the cessation of Nine66’s publishing activities and its discontinuation of the titles subject to the Agreements.

The Issuer has fully complied with its obligations in respect of the production of the games financed by Nine66, and all payments due to the Issuer in this respect have been paid by Nine66. As a result of the termination of the Agreements, Nine66 shall return the source materials for the games to the Company (within 30 days of the termination of the Agreements) and forfeit the rights to further use and release the games (expiry of the licence).

The Issuer has begun discussions with other publishers regarding the sale or joint release of games covered by the Agreements.
