The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Issuer”, “Company”), announces that on 5 June 2024 a resolution was adopted on the release date, key gameplay elements of the game under the working title “Papillon” (hereinafter: “Resolution”, “Game”, respectively). The final name of the Game has not yet been announced.

Pursuant to the Resolution, the Board has determined that the Game is expected to be released by 27 March 2025. The Company is currently working on a demo version of the Game for closed testing. In accordance with the adopted schedule, the Company will publish information about the Game on the “Coming Soon page” on the Steam platform in July 2024.

The Game will be released first on PC and Mac platforms and then also on Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and mobile platforms. The game will be released by the Company on its own, or in partnership with a publisher.

The game will be released with gameplay in three modes:

• single player story mode,
• cooperative mode for 2-4 players (Co-Op),
• free-to-play sandbox gameplay for single player and Co-Op

The Company has decided to make this announcement due to the significant importance of the Game on the future financial performance of the Company, which is currently a key production in the Company’s game portfolio.
