He began his career in 2005 at Atari and SeVeN M, gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing. In 2006, he joined CI Games, where he served as Sales and Marketing Director for eight years. During this time, he contributed to the company’s international growth and supported the launch of several notable titles. He also led the company’s German branch, helping to expand its footprint in Europe.
Over the years, Marcin has advised a variety of Polish and international companies in areas such as marketing strategy, product launches, and games publishing. His approach emphasizes practical support and collaboration to help teams succeed in competitive markets.
He has also served as a supervisory board member for multiple companies, providing strategic oversight and drawing on his broad industry experience. Today, Marcin remains active as an advisor and entrepreneur, focused on building meaningful projects within the gaming sector.
Artur Winiarski is an experienced finance and management professional with over 25 years of expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards and corporate governance. He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Cherrypick Games.
Mr. Winiarski began his career in 1998 at MEGA S.A., where he progressed through roles in accounting and finance, ultimately serving as CFO and Management Board Member. He later held key leadership positions at CI Games S.A. (formerly City Interactive), where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, overseeing financial reporting for a publicly listed gaming company.
Between 2009 and 2013, he served as Managing Director and Board Member at ATS Sp. z o.o., providing financial and advisory services to companies affiliated with City Interactive and Premium Food Restaurants. He also held executive roles at PFR Consulting Sp. z o.o. and Premium Food Restaurants S.A., where he contributed to financial strategy and corporate oversight.
Since 2013, Mr. Winiarski has led his own consulting practice, advising companies on management, accounting and tax law - with a focus on international tax compliance and regulatory strategy.
He is a certified auditor and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as postgraduate qualifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Mr. Winiarski brings to the Supervisory Board a wealth of experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance and international accounting standards, particularly within publicly traded companies.
Marcin Droba is a seasoned expert in investor relations, public relations, and corporate communications, with over two decades of experience in the media and capital markets landscape. He currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Cherrypick Games.
Since 2018, Marcin has held the position of Investor Relations Manager (Head of IR) at LiveChat Software S.A., where he oversees communication between the company and the investor community. Prior to that, he worked as an IR/PR Consultant at NBS Communications and spent several years at InnerValue, where he rose from Account Executive to Head of the Technology & Retail Division.
Before transitioning into corporate communications, Marcin built a strong foundation in journalism. From 2001 to 2012, he worked as a journalist for prominent Polish media outlets, including Gazeta Prawna, Życie Warszawy, Prawo i Gospodarka, and Internet Securities (Euromoney Polska), where he specialized in business and technology reporting.
His professional strengths include a deep, practical understanding of investor relations, media relations, corporate governance, and strategic communication. Marcin brings to the Supervisory Board valuable insights at the intersection of public markets, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
Tomasz Litwiniuk is an experienced executive and financial expert with a strong background in corporate governance, auditing, and e-commerce. He currently holds the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at Cherrypick Games.
He began his career as a financial auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o., where he worked from 2001 to 2008. He went on to hold key leadership roles in the digital finance and services sector, including serving as a Management Board Member at TOTALMONEY.PL Sp. z o.o. (2008–2016) and MODILE.PL Sp. z o.o. (2016–2019).
Tomasz also brings extensive experience from the gaming industry, having served on the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A. between 2010 and 2020 and as President of the Management Board at United Label S.A. (2020–2021), where he supported the growth and development of independent game publishing. Since 2010, he has led Towston Business Services Sp. z o.o. as President of the Management Board, and currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ClinicHunter Sp. z o.o.
His professional expertise spans financial reporting and auditing, accounting oversight, strategic e-commerce management, startup financing, board-level leadership, and executive recruitment.

Kay Gruenwoldt is a veteran of the global gaming industry with over 25 years of international experience across executive leadership, publishing, business development, and studio management. He has held senior roles including CEO, COO, and VP at companies in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Riyadh Angel Syndicate, an investment group focused on gaming and tech ventures, and the founder of Walking Squid Advisory. His previous leadership roles include Vice President of Publishing at NINE66 (Savvy Games Group), CEO of Paladin Studios, and senior publishing positions at Perfect World and Nokia.
Kay holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and brings extensive expertise in scaling studios, securing funding, launching global titles, and shaping strategic growth initiatives across continents.
