The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 12 April 2023. The Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the adoption of the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association. The consolidated text of the Articles of Association is attached to this report.
