The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “the Company” informs that on 8 January 2021 it received from Mr. Oliver Kern – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company a notification of transactions in the Company’s shares referred to in Article 19 (1) of the MAR Regulation “the Notification”. The Company provides the contents of the Notification as attached.
