Subject: Conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services of an Authorised Adviser

Legal basis: §3(1)(9) of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”

The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that on 9 July 2021, the Issuer entered into an agreement for the provision of Authorised Adviser services with EQ1 limited liability company (“EQ1”) (the “Agreement”). The Agreement enters into force on the date of its conclusion.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that since the commencement of the provision of services by EQ1, the agreement for the provision of services as an Authorised Adviser concluded with IPO Doradztwo Kapitałowe S.A. has expired.

The subject of the Agreement is the provision of Authorised Adviser services by EQ1 to the Issuer, which include:

1) supporting and cooperating with the Issuer in fulfilling the disclosure obligations set out in the NewConnect Market Rules;

2) monitoring the Issuer’s compliance with the disclosure obligations set out in the NewConnect Market Rules;

3) advise the Issuer on an ongoing basis on the operation of the Issuer’s financial instruments on the NewConnect market;

4) preparing the Issuer and its authorities for operation in the alternative trading system.
