The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2021, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 446,126 shares in the Company, which entitled him to 446,126 votes, representing 61.23% of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 32.82% of the total number of votes in the Company. 2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares in the Company, which entitled him to 280,065 votes, representing 38.44% of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.
