The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 29 April 2022 the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed the members of the Supervisory Board for the next (second) term in the following composition:

– Artur Winiarski,

– Tomasz Gapiński,

– Marcin Droba,

– Tomasz Litwiniuk,

– Artur Fal.

The Company encloses the CVs of the members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
