Further to the ESPI current report No. 6/2022 dated 18 March 2022 regarding the conclusion of a debt assignment agreement (the “Debt Assignment Agreement”), the Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”) announces that on 12 May 2022 it received information that the restructuring plan of Kuu Hubb Oy was approved by the Helsinki District Court (the “Restructuring Plan”). The decision to approve the Restructuring Plan, in accordance with Finnish law, will become final in the absence of an objection by creditors within 30 days.

The approval of the Restructuring Plan is one of the conditions for the execution of the Assignment of Claims Agreement.
