Subject: Resignation of a member of the Company’s Management Board

Legal basis: § 3(1)(7) of Appendix 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System , “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.

The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 19 August 2024 the Company received a statement from Mr Michał Sroczyński on his resignation from the position of member of the Company’s Management Board as of today.

Mr Michał Sroczynski indicated the following reason for his resignation:

“The reason for my resignation is that the Company’s updated strategy requires me to be fully involved in production. The company’s current project, entitled ‘ANGST: A TALE OF SURVIVAL’, is entering the final stage of development, which involves intensifying work on the design, production and promotion of this title. As an experienced game developer, I want our studio to produce games of the highest quality with maximum sales potential, which requires a significant amount of time and work. Therefore, I want to fully dedicate myself to the production process, limiting other professional commitments.”
