The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 3 September 2024 it entered into an agreement with CSWP Audyt Prosta P.S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Kopernika 34 (00-336 Warsaw), entered under KRS number 0000982475 in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, to audit the Company’s financial statements for the financial years 2024 and 2025. CSWP Audyt P.S.A. is entered on the list of auditing firms under number 3767.

The agreement in question was concluded in execution of a resolution of the Company’s Supervisory Board dated 21 May 2024 on the extension of the agreement with the auditing firm auditing the Company’s financial statements for 2024 and 2025.
