Subject: First call for documents of the Company’s shares for their dematerialisation

The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. _”the Company”_ acting pursuant to Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts _Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended by Journal of Laws of 2020, item 875_ calls on all shareholders holding non-dematerialised shares in the Company to submit their share documents in order to dematerialise them by registering the shares with the National Depository for Securities S.A.

The share documents should be submitted to the Company’s registered office at 8a Izbicka St., 04-838 Warsaw, on business days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. until 12 February 2021.

Submission of the Company’s share documents will be made against a written receipt issued to the Company’s shareholder.

On the basis of the current legislation, shares in documentary form will cease to have effect on 1 March 2021. After this date, share documents will only gain evidentiary force to the extent that a shareholder demonstrates to the Company that he or she is entitled to shareholding rights. As of 1 March 2026, the share documents will also cease to have evidentiary effect.

This call is the first of five required by law.
