The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 9 June 2021, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 552 476 shares in the Company, conferring the right to 552 476 votes, i.e. 66.06% of the total votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting, corresponding to 40.64% of the total number of votes in the Company.

2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares in the Company, which entitled to 280,065 votes, which constituted 33.49% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.
