The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 28 July 2022, an agreement for the development and distribution of a game on the Apple App Store platform was concluded between the Company and APPLE INC and APPLE group entities, INC (the “Agreement”).

Under the Agreement, APPLE INC agreed to fund the Company’s development of a new game to be released on the Apple App Store platform in 2023. The Company has agreed to develop, release and provide paid support for the game after its release.

Other provisions of the Agreement are typical of production and publishing agreements. Other terms of the Agreement are covered by trade secrets.
