The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “Issuer”, “Company”, with reference to the ESPI current report No. 14/2020, published on 7 October 2020, regarding the conclusion of a settlement agreement with KuuHubb Oy “KuuHubb” regarding the repayment of the liability arising from the sale of the rights to the game MyHospital “Settlement”, informs that on 9 October 2020, Issuer has received confirmation from the Finnish law firm servicing the Company that an amount of EUR 750,000 has been credited to the law firm’s bank account in favour of the Company for the first instalment of payment of the principal amount of the liability under the Settlement Agreement.
