The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “the Company”, with reference to the current report EBI No. 1/2019, published on 8 January 2019, regarding the submission of the application for approval of the Prospectus to the Office of the Financial Supervision Authority, informs that on 24 July 2019 an application for suspension of the proceedings on the approval of the Company’s Prospectus was submitted to the Financial Supervision Authority.

The aforementioned request was made due to the entry into force on 21 July 2019 of the provisions of Regulation EU 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC “Regulation 2017/1129”, which made it necessary to adapt the content of the Company’s prospectus to the provisions of Regulation 2017/1129 and the delegated acts issued pursuant thereto.

Revising the content of the Company’s prospectus as a result of the above circumstances will require additional time. In addition, the prospectus submitted by the Company will require further updates, including on the financial statements covering a further period of 2019.

It is the Company’s intention to resume the suspended proceedings as soon as the changes and updates referred to above have been made.
