The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 22 November 2022 it entered into an agreement with CSWP Audyt Prosta P.S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kopernika 34 (00-336 Warsaw), entered under KRS number 0000982475 into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, to audit the Company’s financial statements for the financial years 2022 and 2023. CSWP Audyt P.S.A. is entered on the list of auditing firms under number 3767.

The agreement in question was concluded in execution of the resolution of the Company’s Supervisory Board of 16 November 2022 on the selection of the entity to audit the Company’s financial statements for the years 2022-2023.
