The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) in reference to ESPI current report No. 17/2019, published on 25 July 2019, regarding the receipt of a security order for the receivable from KuuHubb Oy in accordance with Finnish law and ESPI current report No. 24/2019, published on 10 October 2019, regarding the decision of the Company’s Management Board not to refund the security deposit for the receivable from KuuHubb Oy due to the decision of the Finnish bailiff, informs that on 5 November 2020. The Company has received notification from the Finnish law firm serving the Company (the “Firm”) that the Finnish bailiff has refunded the Company’s security deposit of EUR 200,000 to the Firm’s bank account.
