The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 1 December 2017 it received from Webtradecenter Sp. z o.o. – a person closely related to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr Przemysław Gadomski, a notification of a transaction on the Company’s shares. The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the appendix.
