The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) announces that today it has become aware that on 16 January 2019 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered amendments to the Articles of Association of the Issuer, made by Resolution No. 6 of the Issuer’s Extraordinary General Meeting of 13 November 2018.
The Company encloses the list of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association subject to registration and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association in the wording taking into account the aforementioned amendments.
