Further to the ESPI current report No. 25/2019 of 8 November 2019 regarding the conclusion of a letter of intent with PopReach Inc. (“PopReach”), the Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 3 December 2019, an agreement for the provision of services by the Company to PopReach was entered into (the “Agreement”). Under the Agreement, the Company is to provide design, modification and production services for games in PopReach’s portfolio, initially focusing on 4 key games.

All rights arising from the services provided (including game titles and modifications) will be the exclusive property of PopReach. The Company will receive a fixed monthly fee for the services provided under the Agreement. The collaboration is non-exclusive, i.e. the Company retains the right to enter into other agreements for game design, modification and production services, provided that such agreements are not entered into with a direct competitor of PopReach and do not conflict with the services provided to PopReach.

The Agreement will continue until all services covered by the Agreement have been completed or otherwise terminated, whichever occurs first. The Agreement may be terminated by either party on 30 days’ written notice to the other party.
