Subject: Update on Kuu Hubb Oy’s repayment of receivables and actions taken by the Company

The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”), with reference to the ESPI current report no. 23/2020 dated 16 December 2020 regarding the information concerning the non-payment of the receivables from Kuu Hubb Oy and the actions taken by the Company, informs that based on the mutually made declarations it has been agreed that Kuu Hubb Oy will repay the receivables in the total amount of EUR 250,000 by 15 February 2021, representing the second instalment of the receivable under the Settlement Agreement, which the Company announced in ESPI Current Report No. 14/2020 dated 7 October 2020. (“Settlement”),

In the event that Kuu Hubb Oy makes a repayment in accordance with the above terms, the Issuer has declared that it will negotiate the conclusion of an addendum to the Settlement Agreement with respect to the postponement of the repayment of the third instalment of the amount due as set out in the Settlement Agreement.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that it is in the process of obtaining an enforceability clause in relation to the judgment received, as referred to in ESPI Current Report No. 11/2020 of 18 August 2020.
