The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) announces the schedule for publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2022:

– report for the financial year 2021 – 18 March 2022

– report for Q1 2022 – 16 May 2022

– report for Q2 2022 – 10 August 2022

– report for Q3 2022. – 9 November 2022

At the same time, the Company announces that pursuant to §6.10a of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”, it will not publish a periodic report for Q4 2021.
