The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 25 January 2022, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 552,476 shares of the Company, which entitled to 552,476 votes, which constituted 60.68% of the number of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 40.64% of the total number of votes in the Company.
2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares of the Company, which entitled to 280.065 votes, which constituted 30.76% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.
3. Movie Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw held 68,101 shares of the Company, which entitled to 68,100 votes, which constituted 7.48% of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 5.01% of the total number of votes in the Company.
