The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that on 25 March 2025 it adopted a resolution on changing the address of the Issuer’s registered office. Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution, the Management Board decided to change the address of the Issuer’s registered office from: ul. Izbicka 8a, 04-838 Warsaw, to: ul. Żelazna 51/53; 00-841 Warsaw.
