The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2020 the following shareholders held at least 5% of votes:1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 459,626 shares in the Company, which entitled to 459,626 votes, which constituted 63.76% of votes at this Ordinary General Meeting and corresponded to 33.83% of the total number of votes in the Company.2.. Michał Sroczyński held 259,915 shares in the Company, conferring the right to 259,915 votes, i.e. 36.05% of the votes at the AGM and constituting 19.12% of the total vote in the Company.
