The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”), with reference to the ESPI current report No. 3/2021 dated 29 January 2021 regarding the update on the repayment of the receivables by Kuu Hubb Oy and the actions taken by the Company, announces that on 1 February 2021 an addendum to the settlement agreement (the “Addendum”), of which the Company informed in the ESPI current report No. 14/2020 dated 7 October 2020, was concluded. (“Settlement”)

By means of the concluded Annex, the parties confirmed the previous arrangements for the payment of the second instalment of the receivable in the total amount of EUR 250,000 by 15 February 2021 and agreed that the payment of the third instalment of the receivable in the amount of EUR 1,059,707 plus interest at 7% p.a. _on the second and third instalments_ shall be made by 31 August 2021 at the latest.

The payment date for the remaining unmatured receivables of Kuu Hubb Oy in the amount of EUR 550,000 remained unchanged (31 May 2021).

If Kuu Hubb Oy defaults on payments according to the new schedule, the Company will not apply to the court for an enforceability clause of the Arbitration Court’s award. If the second or third instalment of the amount due is not paid in full by the due date, the Company will take action to enforce the entire amount due on a general basis.
