The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Company”) informs that on April 3, 2020, an agreement was concluded with IPO Doradztwo Kapitałowe S.A., with its seat in Warsaw, for consultancy on the introduction of the Company’s D series shares to trading on the NewConnect Market and acting as an Authorised Adviser on the introduction of the Company’s D series shares to trading on the NewConnect Market (“Agreement”). The Agreement enters into force on the date of signature.
