The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 26 June 2020, a publishing agreement was entered into between the Company and Huuuge Global Ltd, based in Larnaca, Cyprus (“Huuuge Global”) (the “Agreement”).Under the Agreement, Huuuge Global has agreed to make available and promote on platforms such as iOS, Android, Facebook and Amazon the game Solitaire: Wildlife Adventures published by the Company. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company granted Huuuge Global an exclusive international licence to publish, commercially distribute and develop and operate the game, with the right to sub-licence the game under the terms of the agreement.The parties agreed on revenue sharing rules typical of similar agreements.The agreement was concluded for one year, with the possibility of automatic renewal for further periods covering one year.
