The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”), with reference to the ESPI current report No. 4/2021 dated 1 February 2021 regarding the conclusion of an annex to the settlement agreement with Kuu Hubb Oy (“Kuu Hubb”), announces that today the Company has posted a payment from Kuu Hubb in the amount of EUR 100,000. The Company has received information from Kuu Hubb that the remaining outstanding amount due under the second instalment (in the amount of EUR 150,000) will be paid within a few days.
