The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2024, the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes:

• Marcin Kwaśnica held 554,231 shares in the Company, which entitled to 554,231 votes, representing 66.22% of the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 40.77% of the total number of votes in the Company.
• Michał Sroczyński held 281,387 shares in the Company, which entitled to 281,387 votes, i.e. 33.62% of the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponded to 20.70% of the total number of votes in the Company.
