The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 28 April 2022, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint the Company’s Management Board for another joint five-year term of office with effect from 29 April 2022, with its current composition:

– Marcin Kwaśnica – President of the Management Board

– Michał Sroczyński – Member of the Management Board

The Company encloses the CVs of the members of the Company’s Management Board.
