The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 25 August 2021 the Company received a statement of resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board submitted by Mr Jakub Rafał, effective 31 August 2021. The resignation is due to his professional plans.
