The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) in reference to ESPI current report No. 14/2020 dated 7 October 2020 regarding the conclusion of a settlement agreement with Kuu Hubb Oy (the “Settlement Agreement”, “Kuu Hubb”), and ESPI current report No. 12/2021 dated 1 June 2021 regarding the non-payment of a receivable from Kuu Hubb, informs that until the publication of this report, the payment of EUR 550,000 resulting from the Settlement Agreement has not been credited to the Company’s bank account.

Accordingly, under the Settlement Agreement, KuuHubb is obliged to pay the Company a contractual penalty of €300,000. The Issuer remains in contact with KuuHubb’s Board of Directors and the Company will report on further developments in separate communications.
