The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) announces that on 10 September 2021 it decided to initiate a strategic options review process.

The purpose of the review will be to develop a new financing model for the Company in 2021 and beyond, and to select the optimal implementation of the Company’s long-term goal of growing the Issuer leading to maximising value for the Company’s shareholders and future investors.

The following scenarios are being considered: 1. commencement of talks with a global partner on a merger with one of the companies from its capital group with the aim of transferring the listing to a regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 2. recapitalisation of the Company through an increase in share capital, 3. commencement of talks with a foreign partner from outside the games industry on a merger.

The Issuer’s Management Board will also consider other strategic options that may arise in the course of this process.
