The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. “Issuer” informs that on 10 September 2021 it entered into a letter of intent with Movie Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw “Movie Games”. , concerning close business cooperation “Letter of Intent”. The subject of the Letter of Intent is to define the framework rules of cooperation between the parties at the preparatory stage, aiming at carrying out the process of merger of one of the companies from Movie Games capital group with the Issuer by acquisition pursuant to Article 492 § 1 item 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies “Project”.

The parties have agreed that the activities performed by them under the Letter of Intent are performed for the purpose of undertaking future cooperation in the Project, and therefore the parties are not entitled to any claims against each other in connection with the performance or non-performance of activities in this respect.
