The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 14 April 2023, at least 5% of the number of votes were held by the following shareholders:

1. Marcin Kwaśnica held 553,944 shares in the Company, conferring 553,944 votes, representing 65.84% of the votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 40.75% of the total number of votes in the Company.
2. Michał Sroczyński held 280,065 shares in the Company, conferring 280,065 votes, representing 33.29% of the votes at this Annual General Meeting and corresponding to 20.60% of the total number of votes in the Company.
