The Management Board of Cherrypick Games S.A. (the “Company”) in reference to the ESPI current report No. 4/2021 dated 1 February 2021 regarding the conclusion of an annex to the settlement agreement with Kuu Hubb Oy (“Kuu Hubb”) (the “Settlement Annex”) and ESPI report No. 7/2021 dated 16 February 2021. regarding the receipt of a partial repayment from Kuu Hubb, announces that the Company has today received confirmation from the bank maintaining its current account that the remaining part of the receivable from Kuu Hubb arising from the second instalment agreed under the Settlement Annex, i.e. the payment of EUR 150,000, was posted on 23 February 2021.
